CANCELLATION POLICY
A valid card is required to reserve all appointments. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Appointments canceled within 24 hours or missed without notice will incur a late cancellation / no-show fee of 25% of the scheduled service price, capped at $50, charged to the card on file. Same-day appointment changes are treated as late cancellations. This policy helps us respect reserved appointment time and provide the best experience for all clients.
